Attend a demo with ClientCircle for a chance to win $500.

Eligibility requirements

• Must be 18 years old to enter.
• Prospective ClientCircle customers only. Existing customers are not eligible.
• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
• Open only to U.S.-based insurance agents, brokers, representatives, and/or owners of insurance agencies, aggregates, and carriers attending one of the following conferences in person:
  • FAIA (Florida Association of Insurance Agents) at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, Orlando, Florida, June 12-14, 2024.
  • Applied.NET Annual User Conference at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, Sept. 9-12, 2014.
• Limited to one entry per person. If you attend both shows, and have entered the sweepstakes at FAIA, your entry at Applied.NET will not be considered.

How to enter

• To enter, eligible conference attendees must book a demo and be present for its entirety via a virtual meeting during the scheduled time.

Demo booking instructions

• Demo must be booked in person, while at one of the conferences listed in these rules, via the provided QR code displayed at the booth, or by talking to a ClientCircle representative at the conference booth.

Demo attendance and deadlines

• Eligibility is limited to individuals who book and attend a ClientCircle demo for a date that is between the start date of the conference at which they book and before the end of that month.
• For demos booked at FAIA, the demo must take place no later than June 30, 2024.
• For demos booked at Applied.NET, the demo must take place no later than Sept. 30, 2024.
• Demos rescheduled by entrants for a date outside these respective deadlines will be disqualified.

Selection and announcement of winners

• The winner of the sweepstakes will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received from each eligible conference mentioned in these rules.
• The random drawing will occur upon the completion of the conference, with one winner being announced at their respective demo session.
• There will be one winner from FAIA and one winner from Applied.NET.
• Each winner will receive $500 (five hundred U.S. dollars) via a check mailed to the address they provide during the demo.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• If a winner doesn’t show up to their demo, thus forfeiting their winnings, a random re-draw will be made among all eligible participants from that conference.

Legal compliance and restrictions

• This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
• Void where prohibited by law.
