Make your lists and layouts your own
Every agency organizes information differently. So instead of forcing you into rigid views, we let you choose how you view your information.
You can:
- Group accounts by status, type or any field you prefer
- Switch between saved views in one click
- Control what appears in your list preview
- Reorder or rename fields to match your language
Want account numbers front and center? Add them. Prefer to show emails or legal names instead? Switch it back. Need two separate views for different workflows? Save them both and swap anytime.
Edit anything, anytime
Updating information should be easy. With edit mode, every editable field becomes live right on the page. Change a number, tweak a label or update a detail without navigating away. It’s immediate and smooth.
You can even rename fields across your entire workspace. If your team says “policies” instead of “products,” change it. If “account number” feels too long, shorten it to “account.” Small adjustments like these help your CRM speak your language.

- Calendar view. Turn any dataset into a schedule. Drag items to new dates and watch them update instantly.
- Dark mode. Sometimes you need a softer glow. Enjoy the entire ClientCircle experience in dark mode with one simple switch.
